🎄Christmas Card For Xena’s Friends Contest🎄

Christmas is coming!❄️, At night the houses light up with lights, we can listen to the melodies, we contemplate the Christmas decorations throughout the city and we Tibians find ourselves sheltered by the intense cold while we enjoy a hot chocolate and some fresh gingerbreadman from Vega's ovens and our dear Xena with all this inspirations, wants to prepare for Christmas and surprise her TibiaDuality friends by giving them a Christmas card.

Your mission will be to help Xena create a Christmas card that she must deliver to her TibiaDuality friends: Dually and Litty, wishing them a Merry Christmas.

Start of the Contest: Server Save from December 11th, 2023 (10:00 CET).
End of the Contest: Server Save from January 2nd, 2024 (10:00 CET).

⚠️Important⚠️

• Read all the rules carefully.

• We advise that you DO NOT send your entry on the last day/hours so that we can give you feedback and check whether your entry was valid or not and you have time to correct it.
• The design and creativity of the card is the most important thing in this contest.

⛄Rules:

• The card must be handmade. You can use any materials that you want, but any kind of printing is not allowed.
• Your Christmas card should say: “Merry Christmas Dually & Litty!” You can add any other message if you like, but this will not be evaluated and is optional.
• Each entry must contain at least 3 files which will be: 2 photographs of the process and 1 photograph of the final work. If your card can be opened and have more details, you can add 2 more photos of the final work. You can optional send a video showing the details of your card (5 files maximum, including the pictures and the video). Don't send more than 5 files.
• Photographs/videos with any type of editing will not be accepted.
• Entries used in other contests will not be accepted.
• Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
• Participating Character must have a minimum level of 100.
• Each entry must be published in the TibiaMagazine Discord on the “🎄christmas-card-for-xena’s-friends” channel, including at least the 3 photos, and in the text: the name of the Character and the Server.
• Members of TibiaMagazine and TibiaDuallity will not be able to participate.
• The TibiaMagazine Admin will react to your discord entry with a blue heart (valid) or a broken blue heart (not valid) so you can verify if your entry was accepted or not. If it is not accepted, the admin will indicate the reason why it was rejected.

🏅Winner Selection:

• We will evalutate the following aspects:

   ♡ Comply with the rules.
   ♡ The Aesthetics of the Card.
   ♡ The Creativity of Card.
   ♡ The Card is Christmas Theme.

• The Tibia Magazine Team and TibiaDuality Team will choose a top 10 considering the above aspects.
• Then our top 10 will be sent to be judged by Fansite Administrators CipSoft Members who will choose the 3 winners.
• Note: If we have few entries (10 or les) that comply with the rules and the aspects that we required, then, all the entries will be send to be judge for Fansite Admins and CipSoft members to choose the final top 3.

🎄Concurso Tarjeta Navideña para los Amigos de Xena🎄

¡Se acerca la navidad!❄️, Por las noches las casas se prenden de luces, podemos escuchar las melodías, contemplamos los adornos navideños por toda la ciudad y los Tibianos nos encontramos acobijados por el intenso frío mientras disfrutamos de un chocolatito caliente y unas gingerbreadman recién salidas de los hornos de Vega y nuestra querida Xena con toda esta inspiración, quiere prepararse para esta navidad y sorprender a sus amigos de TibiaDuality entregándoles una tarjeta navideña.

Tu misión será ayudar a Xena a crear una tarjeta navideña que deberá entregar a sus amigos de TibiaDuality: Dually y Litty, deseándoles feliz navidad.

Inicio del concurso: Server Save de diciembre 11, 2023 (10:00 CET).
Fin del concurso: Server Save de enero 2, 2024 (10:00 CET).

⚠️Importante⚠️

• Lee bien todas las reglas.

• Aconsejamos que NO mandes tu participación el último día / horas para poder darte un feedback y compruebes si tu entrada fue válida o no y tengas tiempo de corregirla. 
• El diseño y la creatividad de la tarjeta es lo más importante en este concurso.

⛄Reglas:

• La tarjeta deberá estar hecha a mano. Podrás hacer uso de los materiales que gustes, pero no se permite ningún tipo de impresiones.
• Tu tarjeta navideña deberá decir: “Merry Christmas Dually & Litty!”, puedes añadir cualquier otro mensaje si gustas, pero éste no será evaluado y es opcional.
• Cada participación deberá contener como mínimo 3 archivos las cuales serán: 2 fotografías del proceso y 1 fotografía del trabajo final de la tarjeta, si tu tarjeta se abre y tiene mas detalles, puedes añadir 2 fotos más del trabajo final. Opcionalmente puedes mandar un video mostrando los detalles de tu tarjeta (5 archivos como máximo, incluyendo las fotografías y el video). No mandar mas de 5 archivos.
• No se aceptarán fotografías/videos con ningún tipo de edición.
• No se aceptarán entradas utilizadas en otros concursos.
• Solo una entrada por participante será aceptada.
• Character participante deberá tener un nivel mínimo de 100.
• Cada participación deberá ser publicada en el Discord de TibiaMagazine en el canal “🎄christmas-card-for-xena’s-friends” incluyendo como mínimo las 3 fotos, y en el texto: el nombre del Character y el Server.
• Los miembros de TibiaMagazine y TibiaDuallity no podrán participar.
• El Admin de TibiaMagazine reaccionará a tu entrada en discord con un corazón azul (válido) o un corazón azul roto (no válido) para que verifiques si tu entrada fue aceptada o no. En caso de no ser aceptada el admin indicará el motivo del por qué fue rechazada.

🏅Selección de Ganadores:

• Evaluaremos los siguientes aspectos:

   ♡ Cumple con las reglas.
   ♡ La estética de la tarjeta.
   ♡ La creatividad de la tarjeta.
   ♡ La tarjeta es navideña.

• El equipo de TibiaMagazine y TibiaDuality escogerá un top 10 tomando en cuenta los puntos mencionados anteriormente.
• Después, nuestro top 10 será mandado a juzgar por los Administradores de Fansite y Miembros de CipSoft quienes decidirán el podio final con los 3 ganadores por medio de puntos otorgados por votos.
• Nota: Si recibimos pocas entradas (10 o menos) que cumplan con las reglas, entonces, todas las entradas serán mandadas para que sean juzgadas por los Administradores de Fansites y Miembros de CipSoft para escoger el top 3 final por medio de puntos otorgados por votos.
