Halloween Costume for Xena Contest
Tibia Magazine brings to all of you the opportunity to win a Midnight Panther Doll, the emblematic statuette that will allow you to understand the language of the majestic Xena.
This Halloween Xena wants to cause terror throughout the lands of Mainland and to do this she must dress up as one of the most terrifying monsters of Tibia but she needs your help to make her costume, so we invite you to pamper our little Xena for a while.
In order to help Xena your task is draw her using a costume of any Tibia Monster which is related to Halloween.
Example: Xena dressing a vampire costume.
Start of the Contest: Server Save from October 4th, 2023.
End of the Contest: Server Save from November 4th, 2023.
Rules:
• The drawing must be of a Midnight Panther using a costume of any creature related with halloween found in Tibia.
• The drawing must be entirely done by hand.
• Only paper, pencils, colors, crayons, watercolors and markers will be allowed to be used within the material.
• In the drawing, you will have to draw a sign that says “Happy Halloween Xena!”
• Each entry must contain 3 photographs, which must be: 1 photograph of the materials you will use for the drawing, 1 photograph of the drawing process, 1 photograph of the finished drawing.
• Photographs with any type of editing will not be accepted.
• All photographs must contain a card that contains the name of the contest “Halloween Costume For Xena”, Name of the Character who is participating, Server.
• Entries used in other contests will not be accepted.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• Participating Character must have a minimum level of 150 and it must not be hidden on the Tibia page.
• Each entry must be submitted in TibiaMagazine Discord in the channel “👻halloween-costume-for-xena” including the 3 photos, and in the text: the character Name, the Server and the creature selected of your costume.
• The prizes will be awarded to the participating character.
• Entries sent outside the deadline and time will not be accepted. (Remember, the contest deadline is Server Save from November 4)
• Members of Tibia Magazine will not be able to participate.
• The TibiaMagazine Admin or a Staff Member will react to your Discord entry with a emoji so you can verify if your entry was accepted or not. If it is not accepted, we will indicate the reason why it was rejected.

Winner Selection:
• We will evalutate the following aspects:
♡ Comply with the rules.
♡ The Aesthetics of the drawing.
♡ The Creativity of the drawing.
♡ The selected costume is related to Halloween and is a Tibia creature.
• The Tibia Magazine team will choose a top 10 considering the above aspects.
• Then our top 10 will be sent to be judged by Fansite Administrators and CipSoft Members who will choose the 3 winners through points awarded for votes.
• Note: If we have few entries (10 or les) that comply with the rules, then, all the entries will be send to be judge for Fansite Admins and CipSoft members to choose the final top 3 through points awarded for votes.

Concurso Disfraz de Halloween para Xena
Tibia Magazine trae para todos ustedes la oportunidad de poder ganar una Midnight Panther Doll, la emblemática estatuilla que te permitirá entender el lenguaje de la majestuosa Xena.
Este Halloween Xena desea causar terror por las tierras de Mainland y para esto deberá disfrazarse de uno de los más terroríficos monstruos de Tibia pero necesita tu ayuda para confeccionar su disfraz, así que te invitamos a consentir un rato a nuestra pequeña Xena.
Para poder ayudar a Xena deberás dibujarla utilizando un disfraz de cualquier criatura de Tibia que esté relacionado con Halloween.
Ejemplo: Xena vistiendo un disfraz de vampiro.
Inicio del concurso: Server Save de octubre 4, 2023.
Fin del concurso: Server Save de noviembre 4, 2023.
Reglas:
• El dibujo deberá ser de una Midnight Panther utilizando un disfraz de cualquier criatura relacionada con Halloween que se encuentre en Tibia.
• El dibujo deberá ser enteramente hecho a mano.
• Solo se permitirá utilizar dentro del material: papel, lápices, colores, crayones, acuarelas y plumones.
• En el dibujo, tendrás que dibujar un letrero que diga “Happy Halloween Xena!”.
• Cada participación deberá contener 3 fotografías las cuales deberán ser, 1 fotografía de los materiales que utilizaras para el dibujo, 1 fotografía del proceso del dibujo, 1 fotografía del dibujo terminado.
• No se aceptarán fotografías con ningún tipo de edición.
• Todas las fotografías deberán contener una tarjeta que contenga el nombre del concurso “Halloween Costume For Xena”, Nombre del Character que está participando, Servidor.
• No se aceptarán entradas utilizadas en otros concursos.
• Solo una entrada por participante será aceptada.
• Character participante deberá tener un nivel mínimo de 150 y no debe estar oculto en la página de Tibia.
• Cada participación deberá ser publicada en el Discord de TibiaMagazine en el canal “👻halloween-costume-for-xena” incluyendo las 3 fotos, y en el texto: el nombre del Character, el Server y la criatura que seleccionaste para hacer el disfraz.
• Los premios serán entregados al character participante.
• No se aceptarán participaciones enviadas fuera de la fecha y hora límite. (Recuerda que el concurso finaliza el 4 de noviembre.)
• Los miembros de Tibia Magazine no podrán participar.
• El Administrador de TibiaMagazine o un Miembro del Staff reaccionará a tu entrada en Discord con un emoji para que verifiques si tu entrada fue aceptada o no. En caso de no ser aceptada se te indicará el motivo del por qué fue rechazada. (válido) (Inválido)
• No se aceptarán participaciones que no cumplan con las reglas antes expuestas, sin excepciones.

Selección de Ganadores:
• Evaluaremos los siguientes aspectos:
♡ Cumple con las reglas.
♡ La estética del dibujo.
♡ La creatividad del dibujo.
♡ El disfraz seleccionado está relacionado con Halloween y es una criatura de Tibia.
• El equipo de TibiaMagazine escogerá un top 10 tomando en cuenta los puntos mencionados anteriormente.
• Después, nuestro top 10 será mandado a juzgar por los Administradores de Fansite y Miembros de CipSoft quienes decidirán el podio final con los 3 ganadores por medio de puntos otorgados por votos.
• Nota: Si recibimos pocas entradas (10 o menos) que cumplan con las reglas, entonces, todas las entradas serán mandadas para que sean juzgadas por los Administradores de Fansites y Miembros de CipSoft para escoger el top 3 final por medio de puntos otorgados por votos.
